Ingredients

2 cups fresh cranberries
2 tsp olive oil
2 tsp coconut sugar
2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
2 cups cooked oatmeal
½ cup pecans
¼ tsp ground cinnamon

Directions

Roast the cranberries: preheat oven to 180°C, toss cranberries with oil and sugar, roast in oven until softened and slightly caramelised for about 15 – 20 minutes. Use immediately.
  2. 
Prepare the breakfast bowl: separate Greek yogurt, cooked oatmeal and pecans among four cereal bowls, top each bowl with warm roasted cranberries. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
